‘Revolver’.  The UK brand that brings innovative wheel design to Cycling and Triathlon, continues to build  on a reputation of race success across a range of disciplines,  customer satisfaction and now inclusion into the list of UCI Approved Wheels.UCI Approved Wheels

Its no small achievement for us to sit along side the biggest brands out there, but more importantly it helps give you the rider confidence in what we do here. Bringing together quality components for each model which are then hand-built to produce ‘wide rim platform’ wheelsets with outstanding aerodynamics, handling and braking performance, which results in a confided, focussed and enjoyable riding experience, whatever your level.  It’s for these reasons that every model within the ‘Revolver’ range remains unbeaten in its price band, hands down!

  • ASYMM-ALC £999.00

The ‘Asymm’ Disc  wheel is our breakthrough in aerodynamic design, which in little more than a year went from an idea on a drawing board, to being riden to Gold in Rio by Dame Sarah Storey – Team GB.  2017 has seen our record breaking Asymm joined by the next generation of Asymm models, the flagship FWS and now the ALC.

The new ALC has exactly the same aerodynamic profiling as the FWS models but uses a 23mm wide Aluminium – clincher/tubeless rim as opposed to the 25.5mm FWS carbon rim.  This along with the use of one of our branded hubs has allowed us to achieve a more accessible price point with minimal compromise to aerodynamic performance.

  • The 3 & MD3 Concept, front wheel models

2017 sees our TT/Triathlon specific wheel range bolstered by the introduction of our two new Trispoke models, available in Tubular format.  After a decade in the dark the Trispoke is once again rapidly becoming the front wheel of choice amongst the Pro/Elite for Prologue/Time Trial stages and has also been used for every British Competition TT Record broken in 2016. Old Trispokes and most of the current designs still use narrow width rims, typically around 20mm which rules out the use of the now more popular, better rolling, wider tyres.  The Revolver i3 & MD3 Concept both use a 23mm wide rim allowing tyres between 22mm -24mm to be used while maintaining aerodynamic efficiency and avoiding the ‘lightbulb’ profile that results with some outdated Trispoke designs.

    Specification – Front wheel only

    Rim – 700c, 65mm rim depth 100% carbon fibre, 3K weave finish
    Spoke – X3, 70mm eliptical

  • Revolver FrictionLESS

We now offer a range of waxed chains and a wax treatment service for riders wanting to take the advantage of saving every watt come race day.   Chains which have undergone our in-house FrictionLESS optimisation treatment result in a typical power saving of 3-5 watts over a new chain of the same model and 1-3 watts over the best traditional wet or dry lubed chains.  This represents great performance value for money when measuring the cost of gains against equipment upgrades anywhere on your bike.

You can send us your own chain or have a purchased chain order sent directly to us or select from the chain model options below.  If you require a chain that isn’t listed here please contact us for a custom quote and we will be happy to accommodate.

  • Revolver Wheel Bags £55.00

The Revolver Double Wheel Bag is a sound means of storing and transporting a pair of 700c wheels.

    • The bag is manufactured in a robust 420 denier nylon – like a good quality pannier.
    • The fabric is PVC backed and the seams are double sewn and taped so this wheel bag is completely waterproof to prevent any seepage should you slip your wheels into this bag after a rainy ride.
    • An internal stiffened divider keeps the two wheels apart.
    • A pair of handles make the Revolver Double Wheel Bag easy to carry.
    • A large 23x27cm internal pocket with Velcro closure and 2x smaller (11x9cm) pockets make it easy to store spare tubes, tools and so on.
    • If you carry your bike in the car or in a bike box or bike bag, a Revolver Double Wheel Bag offers safe, compact storage which helps keep, for instance, car upholstery clean.
    • 69cm diameter x 15cm wide – takes a pair of 700c wheels with tyres fitted.
  • Ergo Mantis & Trad Models

The Ergo Mantis Carbon Fibre arm rest models have been developed to accommodate riders who use the popular upright forearm or ‘Mantis’ Tribar position.  The majority of riders who visit the Wind Tunnel or undergo Aero specific track testing to improve their cda figure will adopt this position to some degree.   The optimum upward angle of the forearm will differ between riders due to influencing factors such as body shape and flexibility.  There’s no set rule to follow here.

Trad Carbon Fibre arm rest models are intended for a more traditional tribar position adopting a level forearm.  These models are available in a 195mm wide mono platform as well as regular individual arm rests for wider elbow positions.  These models have a semi-high sided ergonomic design so still maintain a safe and easy engagement but don’t have the raised back featured on the Ergo Mantis models.  Both options are universal but need to be drilled to suit fitments locations.  We recommend that Allen bolt holes are counter sunk to allow a more comfortable user fit.  Existing Allen bolts should be suitable for re-use.

  • Giant Trinity Advanced CNC machined carbon fibre tribar riser brace. A simple but effective way to stiffen the Giant’s tribar riser stack. This can be used with your existing arm rests but is also great to combine with our Ergo Mantis and Trad regular paired models.

  • A solution to uncomfortable riding in an upward angled forearm or ‘Mantis’ position.

These 20 degree risers will convert most level-set integrated cockpits into the ergonomic angled platform required to perform at your best in an aero optimised raised hand tribar position.

These risers are CNC machined from hard wearing 6000 series Aluminium (black anodized) and are available from stock in 20 degrees and to special order at 10 & 15 degrees.  Angles can be fine tuned by using spacer washers (supplied) which also may be required to avoid obstruction depending on final fore-aft rest positioning.  Compatible with single  and twin bolt fixing points between 20mm & 30mm centres.  Depending on your existing set-up you may require longer Allen bolts particularly at the front of the riser.  It is very important that you do not re-use your existing bolts if they are too short for purpose as this could result in tribar failure and serious injury.  If in doubt do not use as longer bolts can be supplied free if exact sizes are given when ordering.
